We will not actively moderate "NHB" labeled rooms/forums for behavior, save for instances where continued harassment causes other chatters to leave the site. This will be handled on a case by case judgment, and only the most severe situations will be moderated.

Continued harassment is defined as somebody creating multiple accounts to by pass bans and/or ignore lists but there are exceptions to this and you will receive a warning if you're crossing the line on what's acceptable. Heed our warnings. We will ban if you affect the site/forum/chat room in a way that reduces the entertainment for the majority who use the site/forum/chat room.

We have provided multiple rooms and a great ignore feature so please do not complain that somebody is flaming you in NHB. However, if the flaming is affecting the flow of the chat room we will take action.

We will handle situations of illegal activity, and/or situations where The Pork Community Inc. could be held legally liable. This includes, but is not limited to: child pornography, threats of physical assault on a person or a person's computer system, posting personal information such as Telephone numbers, mailing address, IP address, photographs etc.  This includes the posting of links to web sites including such information.

In using the "NHB" labeled rooms/forums you agree not to do any of the following:

1. "Spamming" -- i.e. Posting the same post over and over again (or the same post slightly modified over and over).
2. Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a The Pork Community Inc. employee or volunteer, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with such stated person or entity
3. Posting of personal information/photographs of others without their permission
4. ANY harassment of our volunteers

As "NHB" labeled rooms/forums can at times be an aggressive and unkind chatting environment, if you are upset by the content there we urge you to chat in another room. Beyond the previous listed infractions, anything else that takes place in a "NHB" labeled room is fair game.

If you can not handle NHB then you should NOT use the room/forum.

Note: Posting pictures is not against the rules UNLESS they are real pictures of a member (this includes family/friends etc.). Images should not contain another members Nickname and your Nickname can not contain another members Nickname (unless agreed to by that member). Attitude and Location lines are fair game for any flaming.
