Private messages can not be read.

Remember folks.. volunteers are just regular members who devote their free time to help run the site.. don't you think it would be a lil stupid to have a system that allows them to view Private Messages?

The only person with database level access is me. That's the level of access you would need in order to run queries to pull up all messages posted in a chat room.

I'm Director of Information Technology for a company, I'm married, I have a two year old. If you think I have the time and lack of ethics to view your private messages then you're a few nuts short of a fruit cake.

~wonders how many times this has to be answered~

Or have a better search system in place so people can search topics before posting.

In the other site, I am always being reprimanded for not "searching before posting" (not that I am Sy in the other site)

...

Itm used to be a slogan in the states when i was young

READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!

i mean twodays ago this was a hot topic on the boards. even the drama yesterday.

do we need more topics on the subject?

anyway even if they could read reds it would stop when one of those guys pm spams all the remotely female names in the room The greatest craft one can learn is to make something of themselves

Hmmm.. maybe we need to have a multiple choice quiz before you can enter chat rooms.. and NHB could have additional questions....

What does NHB stand for?
It is wise to piss off the owner by posting lies that volunteers can read private messages?

If you get any wrong you are denied access.
