Found the issue.. looks like room owners aren't being added as moderator and if you're not a moderator in the room.. it won't allow you to ban somebody... Add yourself as a moderator and then you should be able to ban. Sorry about that.... we'll get that fixed in the next patch. I managed to find a way to fix this with our database instead of code (which means I don't have to upload the latest code to fix). Now you don't have to be added to the Moderators list to ban a user (if you are the person who created the room). I've now subscribed to this forum instead of checking every day (I must have missed your post) I am working on a fix so that moderators can access the room ban features under "My Chat Rooms" ... there will be an update within the next day or so.
