| | | | Seriously slow. As in, takes 5 minutes to load this "Post New Topic" page.
I mean, I'm on a friggin' awesomely fast computer, and my download speed is 1MB, so it shouldn't be a problem.
I'm running XP Home & have a gig and a half of memory, so...
Any ideas? It's really frustrating to be a paying member and be so pissed off with the slowness that it makes me not want to come here. |

| Slow?? Doesn't sound right.... our new site is a lot faster than the old one.
What does it say at the bottom of the page for you?.. i.e.
Execution: 0.297. 12 queries. Compression Enabled.
What domain are you using? We do have a few different domain names so might be interesting to see if you see any speed improvements using a different domain (could be a DNS issue).

| Also,
I noticed the time of your post and that is in the middle of the morning for us here in the US so I think it might have been some backups that run around that time.
Is it slow all the time on every page load for you or just something that happens at a certain time? |
