Illbeard, a dwarf Paladin who likes to swear in the dwarf tongue and whack ogres, is about to get to level 69.
One.....more.....stinking.....level *grasps* 
Just in time for the level cap to raise to 80 with the next expansion.

what's the difference between Horde and Alliance with Kara?
I'm Horde...and My Guild is setting it up this weekend...not that I can join, since susposedly it's for the high lvl's...and I'm only lvl 34.

A mere 770k experience away from happy with Illbeard. Illbeard will get tweaked at level 70 and change some skills around. He still will be Retribution with 41 points but the rest will go down the Protection branch. His DPS compares favorablly with most, so will make him a bit more surviveable now. The paladin healing spells take to much time to cast when your in combat swatting the Legion.
Then comes Catfu....beware the mighty Fu of Catfu....a Draenei shaman (16th lvl) that I project will do the following build:
Elemental
Conviction: 5pts
Elemental Warding: 3 pts
Call of Flame: 2 pts
Elemental Focus: 1 pt
Call of Thunder: 5 pts
Elemental Devastation: 3 pts
Enhancement
Ancestral Knowledge 5 pts (cause I gotta, the other one sucks worse I think)

Alliance or Horde....well Pre-BC i was alliance only, now...i dabble in the horde with the blood elf....my main, a NE Druid, is in a casual guild...we're casual rp, casual raid...our team 1 for Kara has up to Curator on farm status and can clear that in about 2 hours....it's after curator that we've had some issues.

I got in a good group the other day we did all of kara except the summoned bosses, illhoof (we had no lock) and prince
Wwe got it all done in one night...My smoothest run ever.

I love curator... hehe.. I got the staff and t4 gloves off him. I have the t4 helm off prince too so nice set bonus.
Agreed. Forget arcane resist gear.. just have all ranged dps on adds so you're only hitting one at a time and then hit curator during his evac. My burst damage is insane so they go down quick.
Prince is so easy once you know the trick.
ALL healers and ranged dps stand in the door way (just on the grey patch) and have the tank hold him in range of healers on the right wall... when he does his special the tank runs into a notch in the wall (still within range of healers).
We took down Prince our first time with somebody in the group that taught us the trick. I would say it's the easiest boss in Kara (except Chess) once you know the trick.
Netherspite on the other hand is still giving our group problems. One idiot in the group and you wipe... /sigh
