The Owner & Grand Poobah

DeadlyImpression

hehe... yea.. I'm a wimp...

sweet*tooth

Aye.. it can cause problems at times but I know she's right (well the threat of no nookie means she's right )

Plus I originally started playing as I was taking a break with development of this site as I was getting burnt out but now I'm working on code again so have little time to "work" on fake money. End game just takes too much time too.. at least with leveling I could play for an hour but with Kara etc. it can take hours and very hard to jump off when r/t requires it.

The guild I'm in is starting on ZA now as we are now have a solid team that can farm Kara (we've finally figured out Netherspite and Nightbane) so I tend to log on when they need me for the harder bosses with my uber fire mage.

Febby- Aerie Peak *mwhahaha...*
I was having fun with the Syndicate

WoW seems too easy though, you can solo mobs to 75 without much of a hassle. FFXI very different, in that aspect as you usually will have to find a party after lvl 10 because SE makes the mobs after that lvl a bit too tough to solo for even decent exp. Also in FFXI, you can switch back and forth between any of the different types of jobs you unlock.

If you get bored of lvling white mage... you can switch your main/sub job to Black Mage, Red Mage, Scholar, Dark Knight, Warrior, Paladin, Blue Mage, Thief, Corsair, Ninja, Summoner, Bard, etc. and lvl those jobs.

From what I know can't switch jobs in WoW
unless you create a new character or there's something I don't know about yet.

Though the one thing I do like about WoW, very easy to obtain $$$ compared to FFXI. *ws* and in WoW, seems there is not too much of a consquence when you die... (other than 10% loss to equipment.)

Not like on FFXI,
It sucks to die in a party with a Whm, for example...
who... being... that... they couldn't afford Raise II
on the auction house... can only give you a Raise I. ><

I bet tonic knows this feeling regarding lvls past 56-60 mark.
especially with Thief... how much a difference it makes to get a Raise II or Raise III over a Raise I. Since the penalty-exp loss becomes greater the higher you gain in lvl. the loss penalty for dying is about 10% exp of your tnl. At 75, 44,000 is that mark and 10% of 44k is about 2,500 ...which will be a huge loss if you only get a Raise I which saves you about 25% of that 2.5k loss.
(...I hate you whm...)
