| | | | | I think you would get a lot more members if you allowed Silver members to have 1-3 personal icons, more members mean that the chat also get more attractive to members to pay for, right now there is only members in a couple of rooms, well just a suggestion! |

| This could be an option in the near future butters... we do need to look at ways to draw in new members but I also need to be mindful of the value of a Gold Membership.
If we did that then nonpaying members would be limited to one icon and we'd probably impose a restriction on how often you can change the icon and be strict on multiple accounts. |

Exactly.... and hence why it's not an easy change to do right away. Involves a whole lot of thought and logic on how that can happen.
I'll be working on adding more to a Gold Membership so that will probably happen before allowing Silver members that option. All icons would have to be approved before use too (Gold Members can upload and use right away in an Adult room without the icon being rated).
If everybody doesn't pay then I'll just shut down the site eventually so I have to offer more with a Gold Membership to keep the revenue coming if we give something that is currently a major Gold Membership only option. |

| how 'bout if silver members get like a two week trial with icon use...then at the end of the two weeks, they've been given an option to upgrade..
ML's right..once they have the chance to use personalized icons, they wont want to give them up.
and limit free trials to one per IP or something...
just a thought |

One month free membership
one per VALID email adress.... Just spam their email box with weekly (click on this link to verify)
But that might be more work than it's worth |
