I do have to agree with KestrelBrighteyes, we need a stronger government. You have seen the light! what I am saying is that if govt. is going to assume authority to regulate something. and dictate standards every step of the way as they do in oil drilling.... and this is what the bush addmid did, they changed the rule to let the inspectors wright off, and assumed BP was doing its job, a clear the bush addmid turned a blind eye to the inspectors not doing there job.
