Kysa... saa, Kysa is a mini-dragon.Son of Cheekoand Raiza, he managed to have a brood of his own whilst he was only two.He's grown a little since then, but at seven years of age, he seems to be a fully adult dragon....which really shouldn't happen, but flitters seem to have problems in doing things normally.
His scales are of a teal color, his eyes of the blue of an early spring sky. His wingspan is... a bit less than average really... and for the most part he really can't fly.He can glide a bit, but much like a chicken, is rather rooted to the ground.His body type is much like the idea of a Western style dragon, with slightly rounded belly, and smooth tapered tail.He has a little ridge of spines going down from his neck to the tip of his tail though, much like an iguana might, but the rest of his scales are smooth across his body.
Normally he is only a little over half a foot long from head to tail, but he has been known to play around with different spells.Sometimes being bigger, sometimes even trying to be a different race.Needless to say, he isn't always successful in acting like a human or elf or whatnot, but usually he has fun trying. He has the propensity of either being incredibly insightful, or denser than mercury.Either way he's generally happy about it.
For the magi and special folk in the world, Kysa is very much like a magic catalyst... spells seem to work much faster and more powerfully around him, which might be why his kind make good lap dragons for wizards and such.I'm sure you've seen the pictures with the old guy and the floppy hat...
One of the biggest issues for him of late has been the fact his territorial instinct is coming up against being stuck with a lot of people in close proximity to him.It's just a matter of time before someone winds up with teeth attached to the top of their head.
Recently it's been noted with Death having tried to kick start Kysa's power that he seems to be getting his magic spells from some sort of ancestral memory.Whilst this does give him access to a lot of spells of various magnitude and shine, there's the problem that it doesn't seem to give him the right spell some times, and other times it seems to have a rather malicious streak to it.When he's casting these spells, it seems as if he's another person... almost like he's reliving the experience the original person had.Neither of his parents had this ability, so it is unknown if it might manifest in his children as well or not.

Age:Still 7, but looks to be in his 20's... in human terms.
Hight:5'3" to 5'6" depending on how the spell turns out.
Hair:The same teal color as his dragon form, shoulder length usually.
Eyes:Light blue, with pupils and all.
Skin:Unusually pale, almost like cream.
Basic Outfit:Either a woodland theme, as a typical elf might have.The brown cloak with a dark green shirt and pants, or as a mage might wear to impress the locales, dark blue robes with silver runes across it's design.
Kysa doesn't tend to spend much time as an elf.It isn't that he dislikes it, or disdains other races... but more the fact that he likes being himself instead of 'dressing up' to be more socially acceptable.
There's also the problem that his spells don't always work quite the way he intended... so far he's never managed to get the same 'look' down when he wants to be an elf... sure it's close, but there's always little differences in attire or haircut.For his appearance though, he tends to have shoulder length hair, unusually fair features and a thin wiry build as though he doesn't try to be strong and athletic.
He seems to be a bit less driven by instinct in the form though, which means he can be a tad more sociable towards other males in his space....usually.And his 'space' is almost a football field in size... so the closer they get the more irritable he seems to be....it's even worse when he's a dragon really. |
